1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device (computer, phone, tablet) when using the MyInvestments service. Cookies allow the device to be recognised and preferences to be remembered.
We also use similar technologies: localStorage, sessionStorage and tracking pixels — this Policy applies to them as well.
2. Legal basis
The use of cookies is governed by:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
- Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy)
- the Estonian Electronic Communications Act
- the Polish Act of 16 July 2004 — Telecommunications Law (art. 173)
Essential cookies required for the Service to work are stored without requiring consent (art. 173(3) PT, art. 5(3) ePrivacy). Other cookies — preferences, analytics and marketing — require explicit user consent (opt-in).

Analytics data is aggregated and pseudonymised — it does not allow identification of an individual user.

5. Third-party cookies

6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Significant changes are communicated:
- by an in-Service notice (re-prompted cookie banner with a new version),
- by updating the "Last Updated" date.
Consent must be re-collected after a version change.
